Master of Arts in Economics – Thesis Program | Master of Arts in Economics – Non-Thesis Program | Admission Requirements

Admission Requirements
Undergraduate Program

Admission to the program requires completion of secondary education and passing the admission test. Upon admission, retention is determined by academic performance. Failures should not exceed twenty percent of total units taken during any semester, nor should the student fail in more than three major subjects.

Graduate Program

Admission to the program requires a bachelor’s degree with evidence of scholastic distinction. Applicants must have taken undergraduate Calculus, Statistics, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics prior to taking graduate course.

The applicant is required to take an admission test. For the thesis program, 36 units of course work are required and, for the non-thesis program, a total of 42 units is required to complete the program.
