Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Program
(except for Associate in Computer Technology)

High School Graduate High School Average >= 80% (at least
  80%)
Math Average >= 80% (at least 80%)
Entrance Exam (I.Q.) >= 96
Interview

Shiftees or Transferees
General Average >= 2.5 (at least 2.5)
Math general Average* (at least 2.3)
Entrance Exam (I.Q.) >= 96
Interview

Grounds for Probationary Status

The student will incur a probationary status if he/she is not under probationary status in the current semester (i.e. has never incurred a failing grade and fails than 1/3 of total units enrolled)**

Grounds for Temporary Removal of Probationary Status should satisfy all of the following requirements:
Student must carry the prescribed load (full load)
Student must enroll in at least one major subject
Student must pass all subjects enrolled

Grounds for Disqualification
If the student fails in at least 1/3 of the total units enrolled in
  the current semester; or
If the student is under probationary status and incurs a failure
  in any subject (including all minor subjects like P.E., ROTC
  and the like) currently enrolled; or
If the student is under probationary status for two non-
  consecutive semesters and incurs a failure in any subject
  (including all minor subjects like P.E., NSTP and the like)

**TOTAL UNITS ENROLLED = ACTUAL UNITS ENROLLED -
  NUMBER OF UNITS (NC)
A Grade of NC is not considered a failure and it will not be
  included in the computation of the total units enrolled.
