Master of Philosophy
This is a non-thesis program, designed to meet the following objectives:
- To afford the students the opportunity to acquire a broader philosophical background without the requisite of conducting philosophical research required for a master’s degree in philosophy
- To cater to professionals who want to have a graduate degree for career advancement in the Academe as teachers of philosophy and in other related areas
Requirements for Admission to the Program
- Applicants to M. Philo Program must be degree holders of Ph. B/AB Major in Philosophy or its equivalent obtained from a recognized institution of higher learning. The applicants must have already taken the following basic philosophy courses:
