The Department of Physics has regular feedback from industries and other potential employers of its graduates. This has assisted the Department in the design of the BS Applied Physics program to equip the graduates with knowledge and training that will make them highly competitive in the job market.

The Department has established links with several industries and institutions such as Fairchild Semiconductors, Koshin, LEAR Automotive, Olympus, Texas Instruments, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Katholieke Universitiet Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and the University of the Philippines. These links have received a big boost with the start of the revised MS Physics program. Majority of the enrollees are connected in close cooperation with their companies, thereby further cementing the links with industry.
