Center for Religious Education

The Center for Religious Education (CREED), as an extension of the Department of the Religious Education, helps prepare the ReEd major students to become effective religious educators. The CREED complements the academic program by providing community formation, the experience of living in a community and training program, the skills training and exposure in community.

CREED Community Formation

• provision for community life where students live, work, study, work, pray and celebrate together
• promotion of human, spiritual, intellectual, and social growth through community activities
• development of personal talents, values, commitment, and responsibility through sharing, reflection and action

CREED Training Program

This supplements the academic and community formation programs through:

• provision of skills for training, exposure, seminar-workshops, educational trips
• development of the skills in community building and organizing, in facilitating and communicating
